spec package distros notes
curl.spec curl-7.39 (Version 0) el8, el10 /opt/curl-7.39, used by PHP 5.x

el8 links NSS (--with-nss); el10 has no NSS, so it builds against /opt/openssl-1.0.2 (rpm/openssl must be installed on the runner) with LDAP and HTTP/2 disabled.

Tag: curl/0-2 (the package version is 0, the curl version is in the name; legacy release was 1).
