imagemagick7.1.spec ImageMagick71 7.1.0 el8, el10 /opt/ImageMagick-7.1, used by the PHP imagick addons

Identical on el8 and el10, copied unchanged. Tag: imagemagick7.1/7.1.0-2 (legacy release was 1).

TODO

  • Source0 (download.imagemagick.org/.../ImageMagick-7.1.0-19.tar.gz) returns 404, so sources is empty and CI fails at the checksum step. Needs a working URL for the same tarball (or a deliberate move to another 7.1 release) plus its sha256 in sources.
