All three build the package name proftpd. Tags: proftpd/1.3.9d-2, proftpd2-old/1.3.8-0.4.rc3, proftpd3-old/1.3.8-2 (above the legacy 1.3.9d-1, 1.3.8-0.3.rc3 and 1.3.8-1; the -old specs compute Version themselves, so tag the version they produce).

Changes from the legacy specs

• proftpd.spec: el8 moved from 1.3.8b to el10's 1.3.9d. The mod_sftp_ldap sed that adds pr_table_t *headers now runs on both, since that argument is part of the 1.3.9 keystore API (contrib/mod_sftp/keystore.h), not an el10 fix. --docdir/--htmldir use %{version}.
• el10 keeps --enable-pcre2 + BuildRequires: pcre2-devel (EL10 has no pcre1); el8 keeps --enable-pcre.

Files to add

files/proftpd/proftpd.conf (copied to SOURCES/proftpd/proftpd.conf).

The proftpd.spec tarball and mod_sftp_ldap are downloaded in %prep, so they're not in sources; sources covers only the -old specs' Source0.
